Best Taco Bell I have been to! Staff is friendly, courteous and helpful! Food is prepared great and you get your money's worth!
My brother doesn?t write reviews, but he shared his experience with me, the staff was extremely rude to him, and they put beef... on his veggie fiesta burrito; He?s vegan. He didn?t bother going back to get it fixed because of how rude the staff was in thefirst place. The front counter service staff that worked around 4:30 pm on 8/22/22 need to learn how to be polite and welcoming.My brother is in steamboat for the next 2 months for work, and Taco Bell is usually his go to ?quick bite? now he?s saidspecifically he doesn?t plan on going back bc of this experience. Obviously its fast food, and you shouldn't expect much, but when you have dietary restrictions and make that explicitly clear it... shouldn't be too hard for someone to fulfill the order. Asked for a black bean crunch wrap, they gave me meat. Not hard tofulfill, and honestly pathetic. Read more
