I went to SWC while on vacation with my wife. While she enjoyed a clever cocktail, I did a flight of their spirits and we both... enjoyed some of their small plates. The food was stellar and it was some of the more distinctive whiskeys I've ever enjoyed. Iwanted to buy a few bottles to bring home, but my ski gear was thrown around mercilessly on the way there and I didn't think thebottles would have survived the trip home. We made it in for a pre-dinner beverage and I have to say my smoked old fashioned was amazing. I ended up breaking one of my... 25+ year drinking rules- no shots but I was so curious to try the peanut butter bourbon - I couldn?t help myself when the Britnext to me begged us to join him on a shot-ski.
