The food here is bonkers good! The quesadilla had a slight crisp on the tortilla and such juicy and yummy filling. The toppings... were on point too. The tacos were delicious as well! The tropical cooler is a tasty pick me up on a hot day! There was no waitwhen we arrived on Friday around 1:30 pm. There's an option to sit outside but we opted for indoor for the ac. One of the best Mexican restaurants I have been in. Tasty and fresh, they deliver on providing a delicious culinary experience.... We enjoyed their Tacos, with sides of Cauliflower hash w/cashew Salsa and Black beans w/rice. (Their Margaritas are superb!) Be sure to visit this restaurant during your Steamboat Springs stay. Wonderful little spot with a very warm entrance. Which, in Steamboat, is a special little treat when coming off the slopes.... Beautiful private room with glass walls. Cute little nook next to the window for bite and sips. Margaritas were absolutelydelightful. The food, every single bite of it, was amazing. Ask for the meaty beans! Read more
Salt and Lime puts a newer spin on elevated Mexican food. The homemade margaritas we really good. The jalapeno margarita was... not to spicy and had a good hint of spice. The poppers were really good. The pineapple added a nice sweetness to balance thejalapenos. The bison tacos are very good, a bit messy compared to the fried shrimp but the flavor was really good. Really enjoy this place. Have eaten here twice in just a couple days. Every taco has been unique and tasty. Favorite is the... fried fish Taco. Atmosphere is great, and you can sit on the roof on nice days and enjoy views of Steamboat. Read more
