Very good place to get a fast meal at. Staff is great and double checks the order before it goes out.
Of course McDonald's is known well enough that a review might not ever get read. We stopped by here for breakfast and ordered on... the mobile app. By the time we sent the payment we went in the store and one minute later our food was ready. The insidebuilding was clean and the staff was friendly. We ate outside as we had our dog with us. Outside was clean and well kept. Greatjob team! Read more
The restrooms, men and women's, were filthy. I'm told the urinals didn't flush so there was just a puddle of urine in them. The... women's handicap toilet didn't flush and the other stall had a toilet lid that blocks the flush sensor, who does that? Theamount of flies in the restrooms was disgusting, the hand dryers stay on for a mere 6 seconds, paper towel dispensers wereempty as well as the hand sanitizer. Then moving to the dining area tables left dirty from previous guests, trash inside andout overflowing. I ordered table service and eventually the manager brought it out after they called an order number severaltimes, which you are nit provided with when ordering table service through the app. I was missing food and went to the counterto inquire about it and 3 employees walked past me, one went and sat at the only clean table that was available which I and myfamily were sitting at, yes he saw us there, yet when I was inquiring about the missing items he went and took our tableleaving us to find another and clean it ourselves. The 3 employees that walked past me while I was at the counter did notacknowledge me at all, the manager, who had just stuffed food in his mouth behind the counter, ignored me at first but saw Iwasn't leaving so , with food in his mouth, came and asked me what I needed. I told him and he argued with me. I eventually gotmy meal, went to the drink station where I got to wear my Sprite because the nozzles were not on correctly on either option, thearea was strewn with trash and is in perfect view of ALL employees, I then proceeded to sit at my new table which my familycleaned only to be bombarded with more flies. This location has been our go to for coffee in the morning for several years of visits to Steamboat Springs. It?s always very... clean, happy staffed & a good place to read the local paper. We like it. Read more
I mean... It's a typical McDonalds. Some good staff, some terrible ones, sometimes decent and fresh food, sometimes old and made... wrong. They do have a double drive-thru lane and that's nice! Wonoula is the worst employee here, had attitude immediately upon us walking up to her and then telling us that the frozen coke... didn?t come in diet for my diabetic mother which is no big deal. We then ordered some iced coffee which I had a coupon code for,her response was that the code was invalid, even though I pulled it up right in front of her, she then kept repeating that itwas invalid?getting more and more of an attitude each time until I finally asked for someone else to serve us. At which pointshe continued with her attitude dancing around behind her manager to continue to argue. This level of service was sub par. Weare a white immigrant family from Europe and she clearly treated us differently compared to the American families who enteredafter we completed our order. Read more
Stopped by for a quick bite and was greeted kindly by a friendly staff member. She gave us a easy walkthrough of the new... self-order system they have in place at this particular location. The touch screen is very user friendly even for first timeusers. If you're using a smart phone right now it should come second nature to you. If you're still rocking a flip phone, you'llwant to get a smart phone. It's that simple. Very quick and efficient way to get you in and out without having to deal with aLIVE person. My wife and kids enjoyed the well maintained play area and speedy service they provided. It's just like everyother McDonald's only their service exceeded our expectations.
