We travel to many many many different ski towns throughout the United States and have to say that the Folks at the Gondola Pub... and grill do an outstanding job with making you feel welcome and serving top notch food. During all of our visits to the GondolaPub & Grill we were either greeted by the owner himself or the manager on duty. In most cases they came to our table many timesto find out how our food was and also how our visit to Steamboat was going. Me and my friends love going in during lunch during the ski season and we usally get stuff off the kid meals because there is... just the right amount for a good price, we were sad when this year they refused to let us order off the kids menu. We tip verywell and have been comming in for years and know the owners and staff so well so it was very sad when we were told this. Alsoover the years they have been upping the prices like . no other and its becoming to much to eat there. Read more

Terrible service! The owner and his waitstaff are rude. We have spent thousands of dollars at Steamboat Springs Ski Resort... this year and we were happy to patronize this local restaurant to support the local business, but upon sitting down and orderingwe were harassed by waitstaff and owner because my daughter was not ordering food off their menu while the other 5 of us did. They wanted her to leave and she?s only 15 years old. So instead, we all left and they lost money off the order we had alreadyplaced. It?s unfortunate for them because we would have come back during our visit and spent more money. We?re on vacation sowe?re happy to spend! The menu is mediocre at best. Customer service is all they can really sell and they failed miserably. This restaurant will not make it once ski season is over. They should be grateful people are willing to travel and supporttheir business. Read more

Food looked good and it?s in a great location but the service is so bad I?ll be eating at every other place at the resort but... this one while we are skiing here. Both the hostess and manager/owner were incredibly rude while our party was waiting to beseated. We said forget it and left. If I?m gonna eat overpriced resort food I at least would like to be treated politely. Read more

When you are tired of ski, this is one of the only choices that you have. Burgers are in average quality and delicious.
