We stuck with tapas and drinks only. The flavors in all the tapas we tried were amazing. Every dish is layered in different... flavors and you can tell a lot of time, creativity, and quality ingredients go into each tapas. They do come with a price tag,but they have a happy hour until 5:30pm where the tapas are 30% off. The chef has incorporated some Asian style tapas that wereunexpected. Phenomenal latin fusion restaurant in Steamboat. The atmosphere in Bésame is really fun and well done. The menu is well crafted... with a large variety of Tapas and other items to pick from. We got the elote, a seasonal shrimp caesar salad, as well as thecharcuterie board and none of it disappointed. We highly recommend Bésame. Read more

A must vist in Steamboat! The food was unique and perfectly prepared. The decor was well appointed and the atmosphere and vibe... were on point. We had a food allergy in our party and the staff was extremely accommodating to make certain that the ingredientwas not in any dish we ordered. They even adjusted the recipes for our table so we could experience as much of the menu aspossible. Quite unbelievable service. Entre portions were very generous. You really must try the duck wings. Excellent flavors and inventive dishes! The fried brussel sprouts was exploding with different flavors, the salmon ceviche and... plantain chips were a good combo and tasted very fresh. Good cocktails too. Paella wasn't the best I've had but was the best inColorado I've tried and is loaded with meat and seafood. We had the bread pudding for dessert and I'm not usually a breadpudding fan but it was great! A little expensive but happy hour is a good deal and it seems everything is pricey in this resorttown anyway. Read more

Our large party had a wonderful experience. The cocktails were unique and flavorful. The sangria is worth ordering despite all... the other great drink options. The bar was able to make some custom cocktails for us with ease. We split the large Paella, andit was delicious! Plenty of food for 8 hungry people and we took home leftovers. Read more

Classy ambiance and yummo fusion dishes. The diverse artwork was a nifty touch. Bonus, I eat gluten free and most items were an... option. I was sad that the octopus was unavailable but empanadas and fall-off-the-bone leg of lamb were both fantastic. I was thrilled to see Portuguese Vinho Verde on the menu and the Caipirinha with passion fruit was a great spin on a solid classic.Our server was very attentive and provided the additional detail needed to facilitate our decision making among the options.Such a great experience all around...
