This is the best burger I’ve had at a restaurant, as a chef and wedding caterer I’ve made maybe one burger better than this.... Perfect medium rare and the toppings were other worldly. What a gem! That Mushroom and Swiss was one of the best I have ever had. The burger was cooked perfectly and it was super juicy... without being greasy. Definitely can tell that they use high quality beef and all fresh ingredients. The bakery bun was supersoft and the attention to detail to make sure the size of the burger has the right burger to bun ratio was noted. I sat at thebar and chatted it up with Jesus. Super chill vibe. Great service. I can't imagine finding a better burger in Steamboat but Iwon't be able to find out, because the next time I am in town, this is where I will go for a burger. Pretty good burger overall. I ordered their signature “Apres” burger with hand cut French fries. First, the fries….While... cut, and cooked perfectly, they were grossly over-salted. So much so that I rubbed off salt with each fry. Now to the Burger…The beef patty was seasoned and cooked to perfection. The fried green tomato on the other hand was undercooked as well as theonions it came with. The arugula was a perfect amount on top, but the goat cheese was overwhelmingly piled on. After 2 bites, Ideconstructed the handheld and removed as much goat cheese as possible. As a first stop at this place, it left me desiring a bitmore. More attention to the little details. With all those toppings, it’s easy to have an overwhelming amount of any or all ofthem. I think the cook or chef must follow the “more is better” mentality. This place is definitely worth the visit. If you are looking for delicious bison burger this is the spot, but their start dish... is definitely huge plate of French fries with cheese buttermilk ranch and amazing pork belly. All this said, we had the besttime of our life thanks to our server Hector who was simply amazing - extremely friendly, funny and kind. Hope to be back soon. Read more

Breakfast was very good. Nothing too surprising. Bacon, eggs, toast, and potatoes made this mid-westerner feel good. Other... family members enjoyed the burrito and scrambled eggs. Service was good and quick. I’d recommend it. Read more

I had a great experience here. My server was very friendly and attentive to my needs. I love the vibes this place has, its... definitely a great place to grab a bite to eat after playing in the mountains. I am always a bit cautious of $18 burgers,because they rarely meet the expectation of the price, but this burger definitely met my expectations. The patty was fresh andhad wonderful flavor, the fries were hand cut and fried perfectly. I had coffee with my meal and it was tasty, definitelypremium stuff.
