I ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch footlong toasted and all I got was bacon and ranch. Nothing else was added on my sandwich

Usually go through drive thru. This particular day I was third in line. I waited about 20 minutes for the other two to get done... ordering and pull forward. When I got up to the speaker finally to place my order, they turned off the lights and shut down.Then the speaker said that they were closed. I was pretty mad. But I get it they had to close some time. Plus they always forgetsomething or something special I've asked for or a certain dressing for the sandwich. If they're going to take orders in thedrive-thru they need to pay more attention to what the customer is saying and maybe write it down so nothing is forgotten Read more

Worst customer service. They get my order wrong every time at the drive-thru. I called the manager because subway is my... favorite, she told me not to go through the drive-thru because it?s hard to hear. What?s the point of having a drive thru if youcan?t use it. Also they don?t toast the sandwiches long enough and they are always cold. Even when you tell them to toast ittwice. Read more

Pick up order is wrong 95% of the time. Today, I ordered a BMT, add bacon? sandwich came back with bacon as the only meat in the... sandwich. They forget veggies requested and add veggies not requested. Never toasted as asked. I even added a commentreiterating that the sandwich be toasted and they still failed to do it. Closed it down !! You can't read the menu board drivet-thru. There's is no lights and it is pitch dark when you drive up.... Horrible employees they can't multitask only one thing at a time. Person at drive thru never greets you. Rude and always hasattitudes. Young unfriendly employees. PLEASE fix menu board and lights. Dark and dangerous looking drive thru. Someone couldappear and you would not see them. Food takes way too long. Read more

Great visit, happy that dining in was possible. Greeted at the counter. Ordering was easy though we knew what we wanted. Produce... and product looked fresh and well laid out. Place was clean and drink stand was prepared and stocked. Bathroom was clean. Foodtasted fresh and made to my request. Read more

These guys are generally very polite and do a very good job, and they quick with online orders and in the drive thru. Plus at... the window they are super nice and have a great attitude. We have a taco bell near them now and I still would go to subway overthem simply cause the staff are just as overworked and ten times nicer! They listen and pay attention. Taco Bell can't get asoft taco right. Great work guys! Read more
