One of the best restaurant from the canyon to Salem. Pretty quick to make the food but made right. I recommend their drunken... noodle, but honestly if you like Thai you?ll like anything on the menu. Read more

This very unpretentious restaurant serves amazing Thai food. Very contemporary décor and everything is very clean. The people... that own it are very nice and the food is far superior to any thai you will find in The Valley. Check out this hidden gem. Youwill not regret it. Portions are really plentiful and their prices are really low for the quality. Read more

Our family has eaten at Hidden Thai multiple times and not once has anyone been disappointed with their meal. I?ve tried several... gluten free dishes including the tom kha soup, the drunken noodles, and multiple curry dishes. All have been excellent, but I?dhave to say the drunken noodles are my favorite. Thank you for excellent service and delicious food! Read more

Unbelievably Great! What an amazing addition to Stayton! I have tried Thai all over the Pacific Northwest and this is hands down... one the best I've had. I have made it my personal mission to try everything on the menu, and now I am about 10 items into their60+ item menu. Everything I've had so far has been excellent. My favorite dishes so far have been the Green Curry, My Thai, andDrunken Noodle. Each of these dishes are made with the freshest ingredients to make incredible flavor! Also, the service here isso incredible, kind, and accommodating. I once brought in a group of teenagers - and they were so welcoming and kind. All of us,even those who had never tried Thai before, came away huge fans! Love the place! Read more

This was my first time at a Thai restaurant and my first time having curry. It was very good. From the time I ordered to when... the food came was about 10ish minutes. The place is very clean and the food was delicious. The attached picture is theirPineapple curry with Shrimp and a side of rice. Its a little spendy at about $15 for what I got, but shrimp is always going tobe expensive, no matter where you get it. 5/5, will most definitely eat here again. Read more

Finally got to go to Stayton's Thai restaurant, I've been waiting for a Thai restaurant for years (I hear there was one that... closed before I came). Ordering and paying went very smoothly, 25 minutes was quoted and right on the dot for completion of myorder. Since this was my first time here I didn't request any spice levels. Ordered green curry with beef, Massaman curry withshrimp, beef salad and phad thai with chicken. My favorite was the beef salad, really loved the level of shrimp paste in itthough that's not for everyone. I would definitely order my curries spicier, they lacked a little of what I expect, though thethai eggplant in the green curry was a wonderful addition. I will definitely go again. I look forward to trying the pho andramen options too. Read more
