Just went through the drivethru to order our food. Once paid i was asked what i am waiting for and i said i still needed my... other wrap, they said that i only paid for 1 wrap so i went on to pay for another wrap, the lady at the window then said mypayment didnt go through.. i used my phone to pay instead this 3rd time... i check my banking when i get home and ive just paidfor my own 1st order, my 2nd order and someone elses $10 order as well. I have only been able to order cr*ppy coffee at this location (that they never give me my change for). The food I try to ever... order (usually a craveable) is never available due to them being sold out. It's been over a month that they've been sold out ofthese. And I don't understand the timbits issue either. Same thing, they never have them. Keep telling me to come in the morningand then whoever the bigger lady is has to start screaming at me and my family over how they just can't? I have no idea whatthat even means. Could just nicely say that you don't sell them anymore if you're refusing to sell them, whenever I walk intothe building the shelves have them but in the drive through they "just can't, or dont" couldn't even get a box with 5 in it. Me and a friend had returned home after a night out. They allowed us in and unlocked the doors merely minutes after opening.... They corrected and replaced our coffees which had been prepared wrong at a Collingwood location. I purchased a six pack ofdonuts from them due to their kind service and welcoming attitudes despite the time of morning and relative inconvenience we hadout on them with our request for them to fix a mistake made by an unrelated location. They even provided me with a cup of tapwater at my request due to me not liking the concept of bottled water. They deserve the positive review from me as I have hadnothing but good experiences at this location over the years I had been stopping in. Read more
Edit: My order is almost always incorrect at the drive through now. It's very frustrating. Management must have changed. My... order is wrong literally every time. They are often out os standard Tim Hortons items. Service is slow. This used to me myfavorite. I've called a few times about my wrong orders but they're still always wrong. They forgot my dips, give me the wrongcoffees, forget my cheese. Always something. I'm going to subway for lunches. The staff are kind and understanding. Themanagers take pride in their work (which I always respect), and the cafe is clean. Thanks for the great food, great service, andthe shortest waits around. Read more
