After 30 + minutes in drive through. And still didn't get some of my food ..I payed for . This place better get some help .30... plus minutes in drive through who's got time for that ...not me .I still want my chili I didn't receive. Read more

First time visiting. I don't wanna trash talk them, but understaffed I am sure, and overwhelmed, they tried.. The manager looked... more confused than the rest of the staff staring blankly at the screen. Took way longer than it should have for a standard combomeal to be delivered, even during the business of the day and a long line in the drive through. Barely anyone in the lobbybesides us. I feel they may have had better days. And in the retail business, customers do come first.. so maybe spend more timeon checking in with em instead of day dreaming. Read more

The staff besides the manager are great, and I had no problems with my food. The manager however comes up to me while waiting... for my food, I ordered a chicken sandwich and special ordered pickles on it. The manager, very rudely asks if I got the ?regularchicken sandwich? I say yes and say that I ordered pickles on it. He says ?right so regular.? As if the sandwich comes withpickles? Don?t come at me with some rudeness if you don?t know what you?re talking about! He should not be working there and tome, after talking to one of the employees to ask if he is always like this, is the furthest thing you would want as a manager ifyou want your location to last. I work fast food so I always try to give benefit of the doubt and definitely understand mistakes will be made but when I'm... coming everyday for one or two items and I have to return through the drive thru line because of an issueevery....single.....time....something is wrong! Maybe spend some more time TRAINING your people instead of expecting successfrom throwing them to the wind. Can't have success at a new store when you're bringing old store bad habits. Continue to allowthe things that drove your old store in the ground and that's where this one will very soon end up. It's not a Wendy's brandissue, it's a location issue. Read more

Cashier was very polite, respectful, and patient with my order. I had just filled up my water cup and all my food was ready. It... didn?t even take them a minute to complete my order. Very impressed considering the same amount of food I order at McDonaldstakes 15 minutes more. They also have one of the huge soda machines where you can get any drink you could think of. Greatcustomer service and order came very quickly. If I pass by Staunton any other time I will be stopping here. Quality service andfood. Read more

Was in store ordering. Noticed girl working drive-thru will long nails on her while handling a customer's cc. Not very... professional on her behalf. Also for the amount of people working service was slow and food was soggy. Read more
