I can't speak for the service in depth because I've only gotten take away. What I can say is that the two staff members I've... said hello to were friendly. The food is great! I'm still exploring the menu, but it's hard to do so when you get that onefavorite dish. It's usually more relaxed and quiet when I go inside to grab my food, but it always looks nice. I wouldn't thinktwice about dining in one night when I can. Read more

I'm a fan of Indian food and tried this restaurant for the first time a week ago. I ordered the Butter Chicken and Chicken... Chili. The Chicken Chili was amazingly delicious but the classic Butter Chicken was the worst I've ever tasted. Talk about 2extreme dishes. It had no flavor or heat to it whatsoever, just plain nasty. The restaurant seems to cater to the demographicit serves and it loses its authenticity. Needless to say, I was disappointed. I just know to never order that again. Read more

I have tried 5-10 different Indian restaurants in the past year, & stopped at this one passing through the area. Everything was... delicious, & had its own flair & style. Ordered 3 or 4 different menu items & was wishing I had stayed for the buffet! Also themeal came with delicious complimentary Indian dip & chips (forgive me for failing to remember the proper term) Read more

To start off you have to understand this is a true India restaurant not some American combination and with that clear. This... place is average but above good for food that's not readily available everyday in America. I highly recommend all who see thisrestaurant to check it out! FYI the portion are huge ???? Overall good experience but they can improve on some menu items. Samosa we ordered seemed microwaved and was not fresh. Chicken... biryani tasted good but it was more of masala rice than authentic biryani. Good ambiance. It seems like the restaurant seeks tocater to non-Indian groups so better to have your expectations calibrated accordingly (if you are used to authentic indianfood). Read more

I just moved to Staunton within the last month and this is hands down the best restaurant I've tried thus far! I've never... visited India, but I've had more than my share of Indian food while living in the UK for 5 years, and I still consider thisplace amazing. This review is only on vegetarian items. And let me start there...there are a plethora of vegetarian and veganoptions on this menu. This is a 'must-try' restaurant if you are vegan or vegetarian! I loved everything I ordered which wasthe veggie pakoras, saag paneer (medium spicy), and garlic naan. The spice levels are accurate in the description aswell. Please please please give this restaurant a try. You won't be disappointed! Read more

Couldn?t have been better. Beautiful setting, excellent service, mesmerizing food. The mixed biryani and goat curry were pitch... perfect. The garlic naan was as good as I?ve had. Pro-tip: order the achaar (mixed pickle) with your meal to step up the flavorof what?s already heavenly. Read more

Inside the newly remodeled Beverly Building. No buffet available since COVID but we tried a few dishes to share. We tried the... vegetable platter to start. Mixture of pagodas and samosas, my favorite. Also had the chicken tandoori (mild), perfectlybaked chicken served with onions and basmati rice and an order of Garlic Naan, it was my wife's first time having Indian food. She was surprised that you could not taste where the chicken was marinated in yogurt. The Indian chai tea was creamy and sweet, nice finish to the end of the meal. We did order Gulab Jamon to go, donut like deserts dipped in syrup. Read more
