When we arrived our waitress barely acknowledged us, 10 minutes after seated she took our full order. 2 of 4 beverages came... right away, the other 2 several minutes later after 2 requests. We never had our waitress return again. After 40 minutes andeveryone around us served we inquired another staff about our pizza. We were informed the kitchen was down and employee. 20minutes later when folks who were seated after us had eaten and left we inquired again. 10 minutes later we informed that ourwaitress had never placed our order and were offered deserts to compensate. We have no idea what the food may have been like, but an hour and 20 minutes waisted. At least the other waitress was gracious, apologized and comped our beverages. Read more

Best pizza in central Virginia coming from a New Yorker - haven?t found anything close to this. Owner & servers are always great... as well, I travel from Charlottesville to go here pretty much every week. Always top notch service & food. People who complainwhen restaurants are obviously busy? Have some patience lol. Highly recommend Read more

Great pizza! Super friendly staff. They have a decent beer selection. Right in the heart of downtown. Cheers!

I've been going here for several years and the pizza is always delicious and the servers are always friendly. I love the... atmosphere and location, as downtown Staunton is one of my favorite places to be. The local art lining the walls and the view ofthe street make this spot a family favorite. Two slices of cheese, two Cokes and an order of fried pickles cost about $24, butthe slices are big and I don't mind the cost of supporting local business. The sauce is mild; not too sweet and not to acidic, the cheese is gooey and the crust is perfect. I have yet to be disappointed here. Read more

Visited on a Wednesday Night and it was a bit crowded but we had no wait. The staff was EXTREMELY friendly and made my family... feel very welcome. I don?t know if we were exhausted for hiking all day or if this truly is the best pizza place in the area butour pizzas were INCREDIBLE! I HIGHLY recommend taking a visit to this gem as it left us wanting to eat their again the nextnight. The personal pizzas were just enough for each of us, although I probably could have eaten a large by myself it was sogood! Read more

This used to be some of the best pizza in the valley, now it's just overpriced. The pizza itself is decent, but the toppings are... ridiculously overpriced, and very skimpy. Don't even think about getting one of the chicken subs, unless you want bland, rubbery, diced pieces of chicken with a few pieces of bacon and onion thrown in. I was even given the wrong item at first, icame home to see that I wasn't given the chicken sub I ordered, instead given a wrap. So i had to drive all the way back topickup the replacement sub. Oh yeah, the subs cost $12 and don't even include fries. Even a salad is an upcharge $40 for athree topping pizza and a sub. And the order was messed up. What a ripoff Read more
