Should change their slogan from ?hot and ready? to what the drive thru attendant said instead. ?Just so you know, pizza will... never be fast food.? After I asked for breadsticks with extra Parmesan on them and he told me it would be 20 mins because it wasa ?special order? and refusing to just take one bag that was ready and sprinkling more Parmesan on them. Free called my order in on Halloween! Was told was going to be 12 minutes 45 minutes later still had to go in and ask for my... order! They never have hot and ready pizza ready to go you always have to wait. Why advertise hot and ready when there's nevercaught in Road. Read more

If you?re going to order deep dish, order it WELL done. After a long day on the road with 5 kids, we drove from our hotel to... pick up pizzas. It was 30 min round trip. We ordered all deep dish pizza?s and didn?t think to check them. We got back to ourhotel and found out they were all completely raw. We were too tired to load everyone up to go back again so everyone is going tobed grumpy and hungry. Lesson learned. Read more
