We used Giancarlo for our wedding cake and dessert bar (cocktail sized pastries) at our wedding in Staunton a few weeks ago.... Everyone loved the cake and desserts and our guests were going back for 2nd and 3rd slices of the cake. Not only were the cakeand desserts perfectly baked and delicious, they were also beautiful. We used to live around the corner from Giancarlo?s and it took a lot of will power not to go get sweet treats all the time. Not... only is everything we?ve had delicious but it is also very eye appealing. When we got engaged we knew we wanted Giancarlo tomake our wedding cake.
