SERIOUSLY! You guys sell burritos, quesadillas, and tacos! Why in the world are you guys serving undercooked rice! I came in... 11/28 around 4pm. Had an online order with brown rice! The rice was rock hard and way undercooked. Is nobody verifying the riceis cooked before serving it to paying customers. Seriously, management step your game up! Everyone in this kitchen needs to getretrained! Or take some courses on how to properly cook rice! No way this is happening! According to reviews it happensfrequently! I placed a mobile order for store pickup at 5:07pm with the time available of 5:20pm. I did not receive my food until 5:37pm... and it was not even correct. I would understand if they were busy or short staffed but it seemed like instead it was poororganization and operation by staff. People coming in and ordering in the line were receiving their food real time but they donot seem to be able to handle the digital orders. Also, I noticed employees dropping utensils and other food items such aschips as I waited for my food. I did tell them my name and it was a mobile order. Hands down the worst service ever! Ordered online and was told they were out of everything I ordered when I pulled up to the... window. They also tell me they cannot issue a refund, I'll have to call customer service for that. As this is happening, I seepeople inside ordering?! I go inside the restaurant to find out they still had the ingredients to make the chicken burrito in myorder, just not the steak for the tacos. I tell them let's just sub the steak tacos for chicken so I can at least leave withfood since I had already paid online. Unbelievably lazy service! Will never return to this Chipotle. Read more

Have eaten or tried to eat here several times. As seen in attached photo, at random times the restaurant will be closed even... when their posted times will say they are open. Nothing is posted online when they are closed, employees can be seen inside.Other times when you actually get inside service is slow and portions are pretty small on the extra cost items like queso orguacamole. Overall a real disappointment, this location is extremely poorly ran and mismanaged, as others have said I?m sure theemployees could be trained to run the location well but have demonstrated repeatedly that there is a lack of training andmanagement. This is supposed to have brown rice, extra steak, chicken, green and red pepper onion ???? ???? ???? extra ???? Extra cheese ,... extra sour cream NO LETTUCE This is what it looked like when it was opened. NO beans , white rice, very little corn not even theregular size scoop,No pepper or onion , No source cream , very little cheese just TRASH!!! One of my favorite restaurants butStaunton can?t find people who can simple put together a bowl if you order 5 times 3 -4 gonna be a waste of money because of bademployees. I had the Delivered by Door Dash and I only live a mile 1/2 away Delivery is fine but awww! I also ordered chips andcorn dip NOT IN THE BAG portion here are not like other Chipotles I?m out of $25.00 and don?t have what I ordered is this placegoing to let people keep getting ripped off. Update: Chipotle did contact me and added a meal to my Chipotle card to make upfor the bad service. I won?t do delivery again though, but they still are short on help and most of the time their not open forthe public to walk in hoping it get better. Read more

I genuinely am upset with my experience. Placed an order for pickup through the app. Arrived to pick it up and was informed they... were out of the ingredients for my entire order. Which I understand happens and was perfectly fine with because I work in thefood industry and understand the troubles. So I politely asked if they could just refund the order so could just come anothertime. I was told they didn?t offer refunds and was to contact chipotle online for help. I followed the instructions and wasrefunded 3$ Mind you I paid 30$ for my dinner and received nothing. This location and the people were friendly even though theycouldn?t do anything to help and by all means this review doesn?t reflect the individuals. Just leaving this so others who mayrun into this issue will have something to reference. Read more

Management is failing in every aspect of this place, this is an embarrassment to the franchise. Slow, long waits, staff is... actually not even bad, it?s they are not trained properly. If you want to save this place hire a previous high value manager andhave them hire train and bring this place to at least a 3 star chipotle! The food quality is average at best. Lines out of thedoor not because they are busy?. But because staff is slow. Read more

We waited in line for 2 hrs. Their staff is under trained. There was a man working the cash register who was very polite but he... was struggling. Every order he had to ask for help. The girl who mad my bowl gave me a quarter of the portions that otherchipotles normally give. They are very understaffed and you could probably drive to the next closest chipotle, order, sit downand eat then come back and the line wouldn?t have moved. Not worth the wait. This place sucks.
