The building is old with nice woodwork and architectural touches from past ages. We both ordered the meatloaf and enjoyed every... bite. The mashed potatoes were not on my diet so the brussel sprouts were substituted. Although delicious, the larger bites werea bit too al dente to cut with a knife. The meatloaf was topped with a yummy pepper sauce. Hubby enjoyed all of his milkshakecocktail. Service was excellent. Would eat here again. Oh, don't forget your take home box like I did. Read more
We were in from out of state for a wedding and looking for a late-night meal when we arrived to town. Byers' menu attracted my... attention due to having fried green tomatoes. I ordered those to snack on while I waited for my to-go order. The tomatoes wereAMAZING! I took shrimp tacos, pizza primavera, and brussels sprouts. Everything was fantastic, although I wouldn't recommendtaking the shrimp tacos to-go (they were still so good, but just didn't travel well). We were looking for a place to eat after church and to be honest, this wasn't our first choice due to their limited menu items.... We were greeted by a sweet host and he let us know our wait would be about 20 minutes and it was. Our server was Sam and she wasphenomenal! Very attentive to not only us, but all of her tables. We really enjoyed this place! I got the fried green tomato sandwich and pasta salad for something different and both were... awesome. I usually hate pimento cheese but theirs was creamy and delightful. Great food! Read more

The Brussels Sprouts and the fried pickles were extraordinary. The pickle batter traveled without getting soggy and have an... awesome crunch, and those sprouts came with ramekins of bacon and pecans to dump on amd complete the dish once home. Perfect! Read more
A nice little bistro a little bit hidden in Staunton. I found it when I came to visit a coworker in her office. I had a salad,... but I have a tendency to ask if I can change at the ingredients. They were very accommodating. And judging from what I heardfrom people at the other two booths near me, the sandwiches were great too. Read more
Truly a superb place. Nice atmosphere, great staff and wonderful food. Highly recommend the shrimp tacos! I do wish they had... more side options or that the tacos came with something else. It was odd eating ruffle potato chips with shrimp tacos. If yournear here, you have to check it out! Read more
