Just ordered for my first time ever to this restaurant. Food was terrible. I would not even give it one star if I didn't have... to. I ordered a philly and fries. Philly was slapped together and was quite unappealing and the fries were super soggy. I paidextra for ranch and I didn't receive it, asked for extra cheese there definitely wasn't any extra on the sandwich and I paid forthat also, I asked for silverware and ketchup and didn't get any. It was supposed to have mayo and it was dry. So I decided tocall and ask for a manager. Not only was the young lady on the phone rude but came back to tell me they were too busy and Christhe owner didn't have time to come to the phone. My hamburgers looked like a hockey pucks topped with wilted lettuce and black burned onions. Hashrounds were for some reason... white and tasted like really old oil and our hot lemon pepper wings were downing in the old oil as well! 50.00 down the drain!Very disappointed! The wife and I ate lunch here the other day for the first time. They had quite the assortment of sandwiches on the menu, but we... both decided on a burger. Me being of simple tastes, opted for just mustard on mine. The wife on the other hand tried a coupleif their house-made sauces. She had both the ranch and feta sauces and loved them both. Again I kept it simple with a doublebacon and cheddar, but she had one if their signature burgers with pimento cheese and a bacon jam. They were both juicy andfreshly prepared.
