I have dined in at this location many times. The food is always good but the atmosphere is lacking in appeal. The salad bar was... in horrible shape with food items strewn all over the bar. Empty tables were not cleared of dirty dishes - this is par for thecourse at this location. Had I been a health inspector I would have given a below satisfactory food grade. With few locationsin West Statesville to eat, can't you please make this location more attractive for dine in patrons? Read more
Pretty good tasting pizza and desert pizza, but the pasta salad was a little raw and spaghetti was mid.
Only tried buffet. Cashier was very friendly, salad bar and variety of pizza on buffet really pretty good. Or the money, can't... go wrong . Read more
Called in a to go order, wanted a small pizza and a small salad. Pizza was very good. Did not get a salad as salad bar was... nasty. Things of all ingredients from salad bar were dropped on salad bar shelf. I was there 15 minutes, no one even attemptedto clean up the dropped food. When employee wasn't taking orders she was on cell phone, personal calls I am sure, why not helpclean up all spilled and dropped food. I can see why sanitation grade posted is only 93.5. Seeing the meds around salad barchanged my mind about getting a salad. I probably won't go back there again unless management takes over and cleans the placeup. Returned here on 9/8/2017 and it was so bad ive come back to lower my rating, i was here at 5pm, I sat for 16 min before any... pizza was served one cheese pizza and one sausage ( i dislike both), and another 10 min before anything else come out. it wasall gone so fast anyone with manners got none. the young boy up from was to busy flirting with a table of girls that wasobviously there just to see him and not customers to do any work. we left without getting food, and the shift leader just saidwe are getting pizza out soon and im sorry but would not refund our money even though we did not get to eat! They leave oldpizza out way to long, and take far to long to get new pizza out. I've visited this place at least a dozen times. The staff isnot very friendly and buss boy almost run over my wife with his cart. On a plus my visit on 7/18/2017 around 6 pm the personmaking the pizza was on point and threw out a few pizza fast. While the rest of the staff was dragging out tables and making therest of the patrons feel rushed. 90% of the time you see two people working hard and everyone else standing around doingnothing. Ordered a pizza to pick up and was told it would be 20 minutes. I went in after 20 minutes, paid for my order and was told it... was almost ready. I waited while other customers came in and placed their orders; twice the cashier yelled to the back to seeif my order was ready. I watched while pizzas were made, cooked, and taken to the buffet. I asked the cashier to please check onmy order. They looked around and discussed it, and finally decided they never made it - or maybe they did and gave it tosomeone else. Who knows? They didn?t. I asked for a refund and they refunded the price of my pizza. I had also paid for a to-gosalad which I took with me. But no compensation for the wait or poor service. Read more
