Been eating here since I was 12 and always good pizza but this one was thrown in the box I ordered extra toppings and it had no... extra toppins all slid off to the front of the box. NOT good this time. Maybe they were having a bad night.. Read more
Pizza was old. Buffet was not restocked often. It was 6:30 on a Friday night, place started getting busier, but very little... pizza added to the bar. Definitely go to the other Statesville location Read more
I have dined in at this location many times. The food is always good but the atmosphere is lacking in appeal. The salad bar was... in horrible shape with food items strewn all over the bar. Empty tables were not cleared of dirty dishes - this is par for thecourse at this location. Had I been a health inspector I would have given a below satisfactory food grade. With few locationsin West Statesville to eat, can't you please make this location more attractive for dine in patrons? Read more
Pretty good tasting pizza and desert pizza, but the pasta salad was a little raw and spaghetti was mid.

Ordered a pizza to pick up and was told it would be 20 minutes. I went in after 20 minutes, paid for my order and was told it... was almost ready. I waited while other customers came in and placed their orders; twice the cashier yelled to the back to seeif my order was ready. I watched while pizzas were made, cooked, and taken to the buffet. I asked the cashier to please check onmy order. They looked around and discussed it, and finally decided they never made it - or maybe they did and gave it tosomeone else. Who knows? They didn?t. I asked for a refund and they refunded the price of my pizza. I had also paid for a to-gosalad which I took with me. But no compensation for the wait or poor service. Read more
