Used the Subway app. Ordered at 5:45pm. Said it would be ready at 6:00pm. It was ready at 6:30pm. Plus after waiting in store... for about 20 minutes, the order was wrong. Of course I paid thur the app and no adult/manager to talk with and no listing forthe franchise owner or contact me option on the app. No use to try and talk to the employees there...they couldn't care less Read more

Restaurant was clean and food order was correct. Staff was a little new, but they made everything right without too much wait.
Took a few minutes to be greeted, I had to say hello loudly to get any attention. The line was dirty with food, only 1 customer... and aheadof us, was leaving. 2 young people were working, don't know names. I work at subway for 8 years my line only lookedthat way during serving customers. Several tables were dirty as well. Underneath a cabinet in front of cashier was super filthy,like months of not sweeping or mopping under cabinet. Read more

Order here many times without trouble. I?m not sure who was high or didn?t want to be there but he didn?t even listen to what we... wanted. We had to remind him how to make the sandwich. I ordered spinach on mine and got 6 pieces. The bacon was barely heated.Skimpy and nasty. Read more
The sandwiches and service were fine, but the place was not clean and did look as if it had been throughly cleaned in a long... time. Walls were discolored and the outside of the beverage cooler looked dirty. Floors needed a good mopping and polishing. Perhaps it is the result of the pandemic and the current labor shortage. The renovated restaurant looks nice, but it doesn't matter if the staff is rude and can't get the order right. Twice now they... didn't put tomatoes on my sandwich when I asked for extra tomatoes. And they put onions once when I didn't ask for onions. Read more
