Your employees need to be trained in customer service. My last 3 trips there have been sad on that point. They don?t greet... anyone, they seem miserable to be there. They have daily specials at very reasonable prices. The daily specials are posted on the far left side of the food counter. The... counter was clean, the employee handled the food properly, and my order was made exactly as I asked for. Read more
Waited to be greeted for a minute or two. That drives me crazy. It was one lady working by herself and I know that feeling. She... got a few items wrong on my sandwich because she was trying to hurry but all in all she was pretty friendly. When getting drinksthere were a lot of gnats near the lid area. Manager sat out back smoking a black with her employee. We stood there for 3 minutes before anyone came through the back door.... When he came to the front counter, he didn?t wash his hands or greet us. I asked him to wash his hands and he didn?t sayanything. We left. We drove around back and the manager is still sitting there. He had went back outside with her. I asked ifshe required to wash hands and greet customers and she said yes. I told her he didn?t. She said he just got here. She startedsmiling and laughing when I told her how nasty that was. We will not be coming back. Totally unsanitary and horrible employees.The owners should reassess their management. Read more

Well if it?s one thing I wouldn?t recommend is reapplying here for a job because although I made mistakes when I was younger and... I used to work at Subway about five years ago and I had personal health issues going on.. in & out the hospital.. i moved halfway across the world came back.. I am now 21 with 2 children and the Manager so funny to me how he took the time to allow me tocome in and waste my time putting in an application when he already knew in his heart he wasn?t going to rehire me because hestill judges me off of my past when I was 16/17 years old and living in an Unsafe environment. I could tell through his energywhen I called a week later and asked about my application lol I have two kids now that I have to provide for and all I wantedwas a new start at Subway so as far as employment highly would not recommend. Especially if you plan on going back to pursue acareer there. 0/5 would not recommend. I?m sure he will see this too .. and I want to say thank you Mr. Will for judging mestill. But best believe God sees all ?? So much for equal opportunity employer ? but i allow God to humble people. This is justmy proof to show you that I know you didn?t care for my application when you took it back, I knew you weren?t going to call ?and me calling up on my application was just confirmation.
