Was excited to stop by today and give it a try. When I pulled in there was one car at the drive thru window and no one else in... line. Ordered a turkey sandwich and a drink. Waited behind the car at the window for 10 mins. That car got their food and pulledaway. I pulled up and sat at the window for 5 mins or so. No one even acknowledged my presence. No info on how long the waitwould be. I was on lunch and didn't have time to wait indefinitely so I just left without my order. Edit: Just because theowner took initiative to reach out I thought it fair to give it another try. Went back for some bagels and the service wasgreat. Disappointed!!!! Ordered 2 soups at a restaurant where they are out of spoons early today. Also ordered Margarita flat bread.... Check the pic with the review they were out of basil. There should be signs for the out of stock before customer orderssomething or they should say it before they start making. When upon asking for spoons they we ran out early today sorry you canuse fork lol. Very rude staff. After spending $50+ you dont get what you ordered. This place is comically bad. It was almost completely empty, and 2 sandwiches took about 15 minutes. There were dirty dishes... piled up at the trash cans, trash on the ground on their patio, no napkins in the dispensers, no paper towels in the bathroom.They even doubled one of our orders and put 2 sandwiches on 1 plate. Hahaha! I?m not sure who is responsible for managing thisplace, but they?re obviously skipping work. This was around 3:30 so it?s not even like they hadn?t had a chance to straighten upafter the lunch rush. The food was fine and we weren?t in a hurry so it was just funny to see all of the chaos. 08-28-2022 Food is okay for the most part, however, the wait time is incredibly long. I ordered a strawberry lemonade today with... lunch and it tasted like it was fermented(it was not good at all) The quality of this specific location does not meet thequality of other locations I?ve been to. My salad is as big as my hand with three little dinky pieces of chicken, the bread wasn't even wrapped in anything, the little... bag of Chip was snack size that came with my husband's sandwich. My first bad review. Read more
They really dropped in quality recently, our drinks were warm and uncarbonated, my sandwich was thrown together with as few... ingredients possible. My wife received the wrong sandwich entirely. Won't be coming back for a while. Read more
PLEASE CHECK YOUR SALADS?? I always order the Green Goddess Cobb salad (it's my absolute favorite!). At first the salad looks... normal but I always toss my salads so when doing that I noticed a very large amount of cilantro in my salad. My kids areallergic to it so I immediately called panera because I know cilantro is not an ingredient for this salad. I spoke to managerand she stated they did in fact add cilantro. She said unfortunately she can't remake it due to the whole batch being that way.Which means they served it without fixing it and continued to still serve it. Manager was kind and gave me a refund but prettybummed I didn't have lunch to break my fasting. I REALLY HOPE they didn't do this to CUT CORNERS on the salads, it would ofended super bad had they taken a bite. No one taking orders... have to order through Kiosk. Out of bacon and avocado. Order toke over 25 minutes! The location I... normally go to in Huntersville is busier but much faster. This location is terrible. But I forgot to order drinks at the kiosk.They have cups just sitting out so got free drinks at least. It's the least they should give away for how long our order toke!
