Worse McDonalds in Statesville! They are always rude and the food is never right or something is missing. I go here if I'm on... that side of town but I rather take the drive to the one on Signal Hill or by Walmart. Read more
they only had one window open this afternoon . the young man working the window was very nice but they seem to be very short... staffed and the fries where not fresh at all. my drink was also watered down where it had been setting for so long. I sat inthe drive thru for over 15 min. not to happy with them tonight at all! Read more
I ordered a breakfast sandwich and a caramel coffee. The coffee was just milk and the sandwich only had cheese- everything else... was missing. They charged me $7 for that. The customer service was also rushed and rude. There were only three cars in line.This is the second time this has happened to me at this location. Read more
If I could give a 0 I would. I ordered a Big Mac no lettuce or onion. Got my order headed back to work I was on my lunch break.... When I took a bite out of the Big Mac there was lettuce. I?m allergic to lettuce and that?s why I don?t get it on my sandwich.So I called and told him an the guy says he?s sorry an he can replace it on my next order so I said ok and he said he had to golet Bobby know an he would be right back and he hung up on me!!! This is a great place to come. The young employees may get a bad reputation at other places, but the ones here are so polite and... provide such FAST service. They provided such a great experience I had to give them a review to give them credit to the hardwork they were putting out. It's worth the time to come and eat. Read more
