Got food ok. Thought it wasn't right. Followed the person preparing food out of the bathroom and did not wash his hands.... This McDonald's is one of the best Mcdonalds, I recommend coming here to enjoy the great atmosphere and very polite workers.... They always ask questions like ?is that all?? or ?do you need anything else?? It seemed like everyone works together and thererealistic wasn?t any problems. Every one looked clean and they wore gloves when preparing my food. The fact is I work here and Ilove working at McDonald?s you guys should come to and enjoy this lovely environment. Mcds in this city as at an all time rude!!! Especially this Mcds EVERY time i visit, they are rude... starting at the speaker... they're when they greet you as if they don't want to be there.. as you're saying your order you not even sure they're listeningbecause they don't say a word until the end and that's "drive around" no total... then she large size my meals without myasking, luckily i was paying attention and corrected her at that point her attitude gets worse... the young lady at the 1stwindow was the only polite one. Getting to the window to get my food the red head manager is rude, don't speak and when i askfor a drink tray she says things to her co workers and they all laugh, the female in glasses that took my order staring lookingrude. As i check my food they looking at me like i need to rush off. The only good part was that this time the order was FINALLYright!! Fries weren't fresh but the burgers were because i had them specially made. If my kids didn't like to eat there i woulddefinitely stop going smh... they really need to do better!!! Read more
Have had multiple issues in the past but let them slide but today I ordered a Quarter pounder with cheese, that's it. Had to... pull up to the 3rd window and according to my receipt I waited 25 minutes, watched car after car after car drive past me while Iwaited for my single burger I ordered, don't know how that many orders got made during the time it took to make mine. When theguy showed up and handed me my food he immediately walked away and after checking my bag I had a completely different order.Fries and a Fish sandwich. Tried to wave and get someone's attention but no one could see me at that window. Tried to call toget someone to walk back to the window and no one answered. Not going back anymore. I've had several problems with this locationin the past and this was the final one for me. Read more
Whenever I pulled up to the window to give her my money she was very rude. And whenever I go somewhere for breakfast first thing... in the morning whether it?s fast food or dying and I normally tip, only because you use your morning to serve me so why should Inot help you out. They are running short on staff like everyone else, they manage to be efficient in getting food out. Fries need more salt. They... have switched over to doing the kiosk by yourself in the lobby versus a person at the register. In case you don't feelcomfortable ordering like that, heads up. Read more
Never have I ever in 32 years of life had great customer service from a McDonald?s Establishment like I did today. Jamiah was so... sweet and polite. Never once did I hear is that all or anything else! She was positive throughout my entire order. Ordered online, had curbside pickup. After 15 minutes for a Frappe and kids meal my food still hadn't been brought out. The app... updated my food had been delivered, which it had not. The dining room wasn't open so I had to go thru drive thru to ask about myfood. I was told to pull around and was given my food. I might be more understanding of the short staff situation if someonewould have at leasted apologized for my 25 minute wait. Read more
