Girl at drive through advised they didn?t have any nuggets ... I asked what about tenders then ... she said they didn?t have... either. Then a guy hoped on the microphone and said ?how many do you want ?? I said no thanks and left. I mean .... what ajoke lol ... Got there 1 hour before closing. Management get your night crew in check, worked 14 hours no breaks ... atleastMcdonalds came through ,... great service there just go to McDonald?s guys. The one time I order ahead with the app bc the line is always so terribly long, I get there 10 mins past the time it was... supposed to be ready and it wasn?t.. I had to wait a good 5 mins before they even acknowledged me standing at the counter (theyare busy I get it) and it wasn?t that i had to wait that was the frustrating part though.. it was that the lady I talked to hadan attitude and said it?s not ready, it?s not time for it. In which I said I placed it an hour ago and it was supposed to beready 15 mins ago according to the app. She then gave me more attitude and said it hasn?t even popped up for us yet bc the timeis different then our system which made zero sense to me and she walked away. I?m standing there confused and the manger walkedover talked to me and had them get my order ready. He apologized. I don?t know the other mangers name but I had a goodexperience with him to when a worker got my order wrong at the window on a different occasion. He fixed my order and was reallyupbeat. Current staffing will not handle orders correctly. I ordered a 5 piece tender meal and instead they gave me a spicy 5 piece... meal. I advise to avoid this location until it has been staffed with competent employees. Read more
