I?ve had the same Thai chicken wrap from this location probably 5 or 6 times now. The first couple of times it was amazing. ... The last 3 times have been a huge disappointment. Today I actually ordered 2 of them. They are supposed to come with chickenbreast, cucumbers, ?crispy carrot noodles,? mayo, and a Thai satay-style sauce, all in a regular flour tortilla. Todays wrapswere overwhelmed with the satay sauce, no mayo, no lettuce, no carrots? so it was smothered chicken with a couple of cucumbers. The inconsistency of this restaurant will keep me from returning. I called back to speak to the restaurant and didn?t get anysort of any apology. Was told they were almost out of the sauce so the guy was just trying to use the rest of it and theydidn?t have the carrots? and I?m assuming the my were out of lettuce too. For $20? you?re better off going somewhere else. Read more
When I order online, I expect my food to be ready when I get there. Ordered on 7/17/22 and when I got there, that when they... started making it! Took their sweet time and took 20 minutes to get my food. I?m done with you people. Be glad when you out ofbusiness. Read more

First time at a Jimmy John's. Was on a business trip. Was close off the highway and was easy to locate. Food was delicious but... couldn't get pictures as we were in and out and on the road. Staff was great and did a great job getting us taken care of. Themonster cookies are a must have. Only downfall was sub was not cut all the way and made a bit of a mess trying to eat on theroad. Minor detail that didn't change my impression or the taste of the food. Read more

Ordered a #12 combo and when I got home with it, it had no turkey. 12$ meal and ended up eating half a veggie sub and chips.... Very disappointed. The customer service was great at the register though. Just whoever is making the subs needs to to figure itout. Read more
