Normally I love DD. This specific day however we went inside and were not in a rush to be anywhere. I ordered the maple bacon... croissant and my husband ordered another similar breakfast sandwich with hash browns and snaking bacon. We waited about 15-20minutes for this order. Both of our sandwhiches had FROZEN eggs on them when they came out. We returned it for fresh ones whichtook another 20 minutes at least. This time they were very good. The facility was very dirty. There were rotten bananas hanging.The icecream tubs had cross contamination from other flavors in them. Every single table was dirty and needed cleaning. I am notsure if we caught them on an off day but the place was out of sorts. The ladies behind the counter were however very kind andseem to be in great moods. Very courteous employees. Read more
I am very disappointed in this place and the employees. I took my 6 year old there at 8:33 for a sweet treat on a Friday night... and I was told by the 2 lady?s working that they stopped serving to the public on the inside at 8:30pm and ?just hadn?t lockedthe doors yet? of course We said ok and walked out but upon looking back one of the girls decided to laugh and stick her tongueout like she just got away with something like not having to do her job. We will be talking to corporate and I do hope to seebetter behavior if I ever do decide to try again but honestly no one wants to deal with that kind of attitude for no reason. Read more
Went through the drive through to get get 2 small chocolate milk shakes, the person taking the order acted like he didn?t know... what a milkshake was. Then when we paid $12 they asked for us to pull around to main door, so we did. After waiting for a longtime a gentleman came out from the very back door with milkshakes and they was so runny it looked just like chocolate milk. Itasted mine and it tasted just milk, my fiancé threw his away. I don?t usually complain but this is ridiculous. Read more
Seems to be short staffed. Had a drink made wrong a week ago. I complained by email and was responded to within 24 hrs so that... was good. Said if I came in and tell about my experience, Monique she would make it right. I see efforts being made here in thelast 3 months to get better and friendly services. Read more
the service is too bad! the employees are in a bad mood at all times, they serve the burnt food and when you ask them to change... it or give you your money back they just get angry and their attitude gets worse! If you are going to have a bad attitude, itis best not to work in a place where you have to deal with many people all day. Read more
I got an amazing coffee from dd on Monday it was amazing!! I returned today and the service was awful the girl taking my order... had the worst attitude asking me to repeat everything rudely asking to confirm my order to still get it wrong... I asked for hotcoffees she trys handing my iced coffees upon stating their supposed to be hot, the attitude flairs up again and walks backmumbling that I said iced. Only to give me the wrong hot coffees that taste purposely awful with the wrong flavoring... The ladywhom took my money was great and holly is amazing. The girl today not so much!!
