Ordered the Alaskan White fish potato salad and greens...got the food and it wasn't what I ordered at all and my sides were... completely not in the bag. So I call the restaurant and am told that I have to go through DoorDash about the issue and was alsotold that one of the dashers take people's food from the bag....needless to say I won't be using Dash anymore I will stick toUberEats like normal. The lady on the phone was super sweet though I truly don't think it was an issue on their end cause I'venever had this issue with getting the wrong food from there. Read more

Ordered takeout. Food was great, they were not super busy, but ended up waiting about 10 minutes after they estimated it'd be... ready to pick it up. Reasonable value for the steeper prices. Would recommend. Read more

Excellent food and service! We had the Alaskan White Fish and Deviled Crab..both tasted really good. Our waitress was great!... She was always checking with the tables to make sure everyone was taken care of, refills were quickly done and she was so kindand friendly. Definitely worth going to. Read more

17$ for a combo, too expensive, when I asked for a extra sauce i was charged 50 cents. They messed up my order, when I brung it... to their attention I was met with a attitude when asked to speak to the owner, they said he is busy they took my name and numberand he hasn't called, been a week now. Quality has gone down and prices have gone up recently. We drive from Mooresville to Statesville for Captain?s Galley food since... the Mooresville location was destroyed by fire. At first it was good and worth our trip however, the last trip was the mostdisappointing. My wife?s broiled fish was okay but my fried white fish had a distinct and unpleasant ?fishy? smell. We normallyeat all our fish. I was afraid to finish mine. I regret that because I used to really enjoy the flavor, texture and beauty ofthis fish. I can?t see myself traveling back to this Captain?s Galley location until or unless I hear it improves. I hope theyturn things around. Read more

Terrible service. Came in on a Sunday at 6pm for dinner. I?d guess 75% of the restaurant had the chairs up on top of the table... which made me think they were closing. Was sat in the corner surrounded by tables with chairs on top. Requested that thechairs be pulled down around me, which they begrudgingly pulled down while whispering to each other. Ordered a chilled jumboshrimp cocktail. They brought out a plate full of tiny popcorn shrimp. I said I had order the jumbo shrimp? she clarified Iwanted them chilled. I confirmed. She then returned to the table with a plate of fried shrimp. I said this isnt what Iordered? she said, well the first thing I brought out was the shrimp cocktail. I asked her to confirm what was listed in thetop right corner of the menu? she said? oh, is that what you wanted????? Long story short? save your time and money and gosomewhere else. A warm friendly greeting after entering the restaurant and quickly seated by the staff. The Restaurant was clean and so was the... bathroom. Our server Maria did and excellent job taking care of us she was quick and attentive but did not pester us. Our foodwas out of the kitchen very quickly and it was fresh and hot (Delicious).
