The Bojangles on front St. Statesville is the worse one that I have ever been in. And it is a new store also they charge 4.29... plus tax ever were else the season frys are 3 99. I even throwed away a chicken sandwich it was so bad. I hope they get theirack together soon. ! Read more
They consistently get orders wrong and will purposefully do that too due to laziness. Once I drive-thru ordered a dark meat meal... and they gave me white meat. Upon going in to get it fixed found out they purposefully did that because they didn?t want to makemore chicken. Another instance they gave us a completely wrong order. When we went in to get it resolved, they looked at theticket & said it was the right order without even looking in the bag. There are many more instances of this type of thinghappening. Typical Bojangles food, but the employee (wearing a camouflage coat so possibly the same who has been mentioned in previous... reviews) was terribly rude!! If you hate your job and interacting with people that much then you may want to find another job... Read more
The young lady that works the drive through in the evenings (I went Friday about 6:30pm) is the most pleasant/courteous person,... she?s polite consistently and overall very pleasant, which is a breath of fresh air during the current climate of the industry.Not sure what she makes but she needs a raise! Called up there after my order was made wrong, didn?t receive biscuits and they didn?t fill up the fries. Was barley enough... fries for my two kids and husband. Called and spoke with someone to have it replaced. Went to get replacement, was gave a runaround trying to confirm the order taken, order was still wrong. And worse on top of that. (Asked for just breast and thighs,didn?t even get a thigh.!) Was given dried old chicken. Just sad. I?d rather have the box car parking lot back rather than givethat place money. They definitely don?t care for the meaning of customer service. Highly recommend going to any other location. Read more
