Literally the worst attitudes in fast food that I have ever experienced. First hung up the phone when I called with a quick... question, then closed the drive-thru window on me after 3 piped up with major attitude, and cussed at me. Whole time I wascalmly trying to speak to them. Needs new management. Recomend the Wendys across town!!! Read more

We call this the rude Wendy's. The one across town by CVS is older but the workers are much nicer. Food quality at both are... average for fast food. After 4 or 5 visits I've decided this is one of the worst Wendy's. It must be a terrible place to work. Read more

Cashier was nice couldn't get my Google pay to work so I had to dig up cash went back through the drive thru the manager was... very rude my order was just placed and they couldn't remember what I ordered tried to tell the manager what I ordered she gotrude paid for my meals this was breakfast and when I left looked in my bag I was missing the fries for one of my combos and thecoffee was gross won't be going back waste of time and money. I could manage that place better I've had 6 years in restaurantbusiness that's not how you act towards customers. They need new management Read more

If I could give ZERO stars I would? Me and my friends had a horrible experience at this location and it was honestly such a... disappointment. All of the staff in this establishment where beyond rude. We where given attitude the moment we pulled up to thedrive through to the time we pulled away. As someone who works in food I can undoubtedly say all of these employees need to beretrained. @wendy?s Corporate Read more

The staff is rude. Even the shift manager was cursing when notified about the staff's rudeness. I didn't see a single pair of... gloves on the food prep employees. One had finger nails at least an inch to two inches long handling the food. This was a badexperience overall. After all that, they still managed to get my order wrong. Read more

I've come here off and on, and it's generally OK. the inside is updated and it's usually always empty for dine-in. Certainly... fewer for drive-thru here than at Fair Rd. The last experience I had was flat out gross and almost incredulous unless you werethere. I was ordering the Dave's combo and they didn't have fries and swapped out for a chili instead at no charge. I thoughtthat would have been a good thing, but then while waiting for my food - I saw the staff handling some sort of nasty white wateryflood situation on the floor behind the counter with floating "buns" and trash and who knows what. I was not sure what happenedthere, but wow that was gross. That's something you don't see when in drive-thru, but if you did - then would drive right alongand certainly not order. Unfortunately, i was inside and saw it and then I got my food. The chili was "off" and I've hadWendy's chili for 33+ years, so I have a fair baseline of how it ought to taste. The burger was not as flavorful and a bit"off" as well. Almost like there was soapy residue or cleaner left on the counter or in the pot. Keep in mind that I hadn'teaten all day and was fairly hungry, and it was still a subpar experience for one of my favorite burger places. While I didn'tget sick, the next part was the worst part. So, there was chatter amongst the mostly female staff and I tuned most of it out, even the expletive every 2nd or 5th word. Eventually, it seemed to turn into a shouting match where 3 separate people werehaving full on non-stop conversations, talking over the other, and certainly no listening involved. It was so loud anddramatic, I expected a fight to break out or something - but no, this is just "normal" conversation. Obviously, unprofessionaland that goes to management for hiring the bottom of the barrel and having no idea what is going on or not caring. I felt likeif this was that undercover CEO show, he or she would have condemned this location and fired the entire Read more
