Always seem short staffed and employees have 0 sense of urgency. Line can be wrapped about the lobby and they?ll be giggling... amongst each other and moving as slow as ever. Customer service is never good tbh. Employees either look miserable or bored24/7. Read more
Well we all know the drive thru line is slow!!!!! But today i was inside and the cashier at the counter was high....or stupid!!!... She couldn't do simple math without the benefit of the register...she wasn't friendly and didn't have a high clue what is goingon.... The old women managers need to retire they need to fire all the inept people working there clean up the store and havesome pride!!!! Btw i was hired by Wendy's under the pretense of being a manager....it was a joke!!! This is the "good" Wendy's. I try to generally stay away from fast food but I will drive out of my way to go to this one over... the one by Food Lion. The people are just so much more pleasant to deal with. They always smile and talk to me like I'm afriend. Keep it up! Read more
We had a really nice lady help us out. It bothers me that I can't quite remember her name. The food was some of the best Wendy's... I've had. I got the $5 biggie bag with the chicken BLT and I got their new ghost pepper ranch and it was delicious, one of mynew favorite sauces. I miss the saucesome sauce but I love the new Ghost Pepper Ranch. Goes really well on the chicken BLT andwith fries and chicken nuggets. It just works. Definitely coming back to a Wendy's just for the sauce. The prices alsodefinitely beat what other fast food is out there, you can get so much for cheap here with the biggie bag, it doesn't cost muchmore than $1 to upgrade it to a large. That will get you a large fry, large drink, 4 chicken nuggets, and a sandwich from theselections they have for the biggie bags, all for about $6.50!! Read more
One lady was on her game but the other female cashier seemed lost and slow. Very slow service line stayed backed up for orders,... refills, or needed supplies. Drive thru was full also. Read more
I don't know what kind of world we live in that when you pull up, you are not acknowledged, only a drink is handed to you and... the window closes then you wait 10 more minutes for the window to open again and a bag is handed out and still no wordsexchanged. Food was terrible, fries old and soda was straight soda water because syrup was out. If you don't like your job quit.But don't make people who pay inflated prices suffer because you are unhappy. Speak when someone is in front of you, do yourbest even if it's wiping a counter and you can say you tried. Definitely not people who make their beds in the morning. Read more
Sandwiches were drowning in condiments and staff was so kind to give us (3 of us) a small napkin to share. Yes just one... napkin.....good times! Especially with a 3 yr old riding in the car and eating! Drinks always taste horrible! Coke machine thathas every drink coming through the same line makes it all taste like mixed up yuck! I rarely get what I ordered @fast-food establishments but always get what I order at this Wendy's location. Fresh and hot,... served with nothing but southern hospitality and a beautiful smile.
