This was a waffle house on a conservative/republican area, what does that means?? Servers were hard working, hospitable, caring... yes all of them. The food was served as if grandma was serving it, definitely one can see the difference when people want towork vs people having to work to comply with requirements. I am not sure what has happened since this restaurant opened, but the owners need to do some surprised drop ins, especially... after 6pm. This used to be the best WH in Statesboro. Tonight (10/29/22) there were only 2 workers. After we sat, they nevergreeted or even acknowledged our presence. I get it, good workers are hard to find these days. It would be better to just closeafter a certain hour due to staff shortage than to have these two treat your customers rudely (or not treat them at all). Leftand went to Cracker Barrel. Do better WH. If you've ever been to a waffle house you know that you can expect.
It was crowded so we had to wait a few but not long. Once seated the waitress did a great job & was very patient helping a... child place an order for what he wanted when it was not a menu item combination. She was very attentive & prompt.
