I didn?t catch... her name but super sweet and while I was waiting for my sandwich she had a conversation with me which made my day and made mefeel welcome. Have not been able to order ahead on the app several times the past few weeks or it is randomly closed! This is the only store... that is in this town besides the one in a college campus , please open another store ! Without the ability to order ahead,folks are waiting in long lines to order and wait times are getting longer and longer . When mobile ordering is working , thisstore is wonderful and fast. Read more
Called at 7:30 to order traveler, was told can't take order over phone however it would be ready in 30-45 minutes. Came to store... 8am, waited in line close to 30 minutes to be told I have to wait 30-45 more minutes because can't take orders over thephone. Got there at 4:30 in the morning which is their normal opening time. They were not open. Employee puts sign on door stating they... would be open at 5:00 AM. Decided to wait, but at 5 they say they won?t be opening till 5:30. Why create the sign and have mewait for no reason? Read more

Always super friendly employees but sometimes the wait is SO LONG! I?ve had times I mobile ordered and still had to wait close... to an hour. Also if you mobile order and go through the drive through, don?t place your order until you?re about at the speaker.Quite a few times I?ve ordered frappacinos and then sat in that drive through line 45+ minutes and they?ve clearly made my drinkwhen I first ordered before I got to the speaker and it sat there all that time getting super watery.
