My husband and I have had to go back 3 times in the last several weeks to have smoothies remade for being too watered down. The... last 2 times I ordered the carribean way and the angel food were both barely pink colored and tasted like ice water with a hintof fruit. It's becoming a frequent occurrence at this location. This smoothie king location is always so slow and typically get your order wrong. I went in to pick up an online order but only... one was ready. I patiently waited for a worker to assist me and once I told her she just walked away and started doing otherthings. Read more

Smoothies are always good but something really just ticked me off today. Waited in the drive through for 10 minutes and they... never took my order so I placed a mobile order and proceeded to pull up. There was a couple cars in front of me but nobodybehind me at the time. Finally get to the window and they told us we?d have to go inside to get it. Two cars have already gonethrough the drive thru and gotten their orders while we are still waiting on our drinks. I love Smoothie King everyone there is so sweet. They WANT to be at their jobs and don?t hide the fact that they love it too.... The Manager is the sweetest woman in the entire world! I happen to be there pretty regularly and have developed a relationshipwith most of the employees there. They never fail to make my day better. For as long as I have ordered from smoothie king they would give me the excess free of charge until today. I asked why and they... said, "It would almost be like give you a free smoothie" So instead they threw it away and made one unhappy customer. I don'tunderstand it cost them nothing and only makes a happy customer. Additionally prices now are $9 for a 40oz ouch. I'm verydisappointed Read more
