Food was amazing, as well as the drink. The shrimp was so delicious. Service was good and workers were polite.

I love the food here but they have never gotten my order correct.
Received tea that didn?t smell like tea and had white film floating all on the top. Manager,Kendall,totally downplayed my... complaint and walked off while I was still talking. The whole evening/night crew needs better management. Customer service ishorrible!! Read more

My past 2 visits were horrible. I ordered a 3 pc dark, mild, dark, with fries. Both times I got mixed. It's my fault for not... checking be I left but this 3rd time they got it right. Read more
I visit this Popeyes very often and rarely have a bad experience. After my recent disaster of a spicy chicken sandwich at... McDonald's, I got one from Popeyes for lunch. No comparison.. the Popeyes sandwich is in another league vs. the McDonald'sversion! The Blackened Ranch is a must try! Definitely one of my go to spots in Statesboro!! Read more
Went to the drive thru B4 11:30 am...so shortly after they opened. Ordered the new blackened crispy chicken sandwich. Chicken... looked like it was cooked the day B4. There was no skin on the chicken, and it was hard and looked warmed over. Immediatelyreturned it for a refund. Took it inside, and saw at least 5 chicken sandwiches on the warmer. I knew they were sandwiches bcthey were in the chicken sandwich pouches. Gave a 2 rating vs a 1 bc when I returned the food and told them why, they didn'tquestion it.
