I ate here today and it was not good. So when the manager approach me he said they dodo refunds, and I have to call the customer... service. I've been on the phone an hour and no one has picked up. I will never eat here again. I want my refund. Read more
Appreciation to the Server - DANI ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Panda express is one of my... favorite food places. The experience is always good in terms of the clean hygienic environment and the delicious food. Theexperiences get enhance when the hospitality and service served by the server is outstanding. That's what was delivered by theserver Dani.. very polite.. nice.. calm and patient.. the kung pao was over and when I asked her if a fresh one can be made shepolite said yes with a wait time of 6min. I waited .. food was packed fresh and hot..and the one thing that differentiate Daniis that she serves generous quantity in each and every plate or bowl you order. I have had bad experience in the past at somePanda express where they quantity served by the server is like they want to pack the rest and take home to feed theirfamily. For Panda Express the food did not taste as fresh as the other locations, however my food was still decent. The service was fast... and as usual the prices are a bit steep but you get a nice size amount. Read more
Ordered food from Panda Express this evening, bit into a piece of Orange chicken that was NOT all the way done. I called the... store to speak to a manager, she was polite but seemed confused as to what to tell me. She put me on hold and the call wasdisconnected. I just don't want to get sick from this, nor do I want anyone else to get sick. Please make sure your food isdone. Read more
