Ordered the sack of Krystals to go. Got down the road just to find out they were not made the way I ordered them. Didn?t bother... going back because they were nasty tasting anyway. I gave them to my dog and he wouldn?t even eat them and he?ll will eatanything. I didn?t notice till I got home I was also was overcharged. I like coming to this location. Not because it's the closest but because its workers are very professional. The food is always... hot(including the fries). Miss Quadayzah was the name on my receipt at the location in Statesboro Ga. I hope she gets the proper recognition when this... posts! If not, my check number on the receipt was 20005 @ 11:49. She was the most pleasant and helpful person I've done buisnesswith during a lunch rush, when I placed an order for takeout. Not only was she super helpful, but by making a suggestion onpurchasing a few more than I originally did, she saved me money. I was getting them to take back to Beaufort with me because wedon't have a location here. I'm so glad I stopped and went in to place my order , or she may not of gotten the praise for herprofessionalism , genuine smile and great attitude ! Statesboro..Drove up and placed order. Got up to window and asked cashier about Military Discounts. She said that the Manager... had to approve it, but she was too busy. I asked how long does it take to approve, she said when she gets finished making otherburgers. Asked me to pull ahead, park and wait. Manager was very rude when I said I will write a review. I cant quite remember her name tiffany or something maybe. But she had braces pregnant i believe and looked pretty young. She... was a total b!tch. she was so rude and yelled at me and my husband. i ordered some fries and it took 20 minutes. she was in theback with the cook laughing and laughing mean while my food wasn?t being made. this was a few weeks ago during the night. Usually poor service, inconsistent quality of food order, typically slow. Be prepared to be asked to pull forward for your order... even if no one is behind you. Once, I refused to pull forward because I was the only one there (and already waited nearly 20minutes), and the manager told me I could either pull forward or get a refund... Haven't been back since ????. Only reason it's2 stars instead of 1 is the few times the service was acceptable prior to the last incident. Read more
Every time I go they take super long to prepare anything. Delivery drivers later at night have to wait 20+ minutes sometimes to... pick up an order when nobody else is there ordering. Food is not only never made correctly but is made badly. Had 2 sandwicheswhere the pickles were outisde the sandwich just shoved into the box. Just generally a bad restaurant. Read more
