Watched employee drop pack of sauce on floor and put it back in the Ben and not trash.
I came to this restaurant at 9:15. They do not close until 10 during the week. They did not have any chicken ready and said... would be about 10 minutes, 20 minutes later we still had not received any food. Then we were asked for our recipe because theycould not remember what we ordered and then it took them another 15 minutes to get our food out to us. We didn?t get our fooduntil 9:50. When I visit on 9/16/22 after the soccer game, we ordered hot wings. They told us we had 15 min wait time, but when we got the... wings they were not fresh. So I don't know why we had to wait. Most of the time everything is on point. People do have badnights sometimes. It's all good. Read more
Asked for a 3 piece combo with mash and a drink (no ice). Got no mash and ice on my drink. Listening isn't that hard.
Chicken tasted like it was cooked the day before. It had a strange taste and I know day old Chicken when I eat it. KKC is... nothing like it use to be. Cutting corners to sale it cheaper is not the answer. I would be more than willing to pay more formy food as long as I know that it is fresh. We should be getting the same kind of food as Congress and the rest of those folksthat are in politics. Read more
Very rude female workers on the night shift 6/22/22. There was a young male working the register that was polite and took my... order but each female on the shift during this time (6:40ish) were very rude. Did not answer questions, pushed the food acrossthe counter and had a nasty attitude. The one star I?m giving in this rating is only because of the male who helped at thecounter. Read more
I ordered 2 buckets of original recipe. The service was fine and it was ready when I arrived, however, the chicken was soggy,... not crispy. The soggy breading slid off most of the pieces as we pulled them out of the bucket, and at the bottom of one of thebuckets were 2 scorched black pieces. Went an hour before closing and before they we're all they had was breast and extra crispy, was ok but when you go hour before... closing you should be able to get whatever your ordering! Read more
