I love these cookies. They are always baked fresh and so soft and good. I drive 30 minutes away to get to these cookies. They... have new seasonal cookies that I always like to try. They also deliver at certain locations. I also like the fact that they stayopen late at night. On the weekends they stay open til 3am at most locations. Trust me you will not regret them. Read more
First off... THESE COOKIES ARE AMAZING!!! No exaggeration! And the plus to these cookies are that they are deliverable until 3AM... with a minimum purchase of $6 (which I just found out which is why I finally decided to try them) Not gonna lie, they are a bitpricey but they are totally worth every penny... I ordered a box of 6 and tried different flavors. My favorites are the DoubleChocolate Chunk and the Snickerdoodle- they are sooooo delicious. Read more
I had a pretty basic experience as far as customer service. The manager was conducting an interview right in the dining area... which I think is a bit unprofessional I personally don't want random strangers unwillingly listening in if I were beinginterviewed. Anyway I got a deluxe peanut butter cookie which was delicious until I found what looked to be like a fish bone inmy mouth after taking a bite. I did the emailing and calling back and forth with Insomnia customer service about the situation.they offered some free cookies and apologized and assured me they would look into it. I declined the cookie offer. Idk aboutyou but I don't think free cookies make up for potentially choking on a sharp object that was found in a cookie that I pulledout of my mouth.
