Went there at dinner time. It was a wait for 10-15 mins to be seated. I ordered roast beef, broccoli, mashed potatoes, and gravy... the wife ordered maple bacon grilled chicken w/o the bacon (who does that?), with broccoli, mashed potatoes, and gravy, the kidordered chicken tenders with steak fries. We also ordered fried pickles, we never got those. It was taking a little longer thanusual to get our food, so my wife had asked: "Aren't we supposed to get biscuits"? Our waiter replied: "yes" and brought themout. The biscuits were nice and hot and good, but he didn't bring or ask if we wanted butter, jelly or honey. My wife had to askfor some apple butter. When we finally got our plates my plate had meatloaf on it, so it took a little too long again to fixthat correction. My roast beef was tender, but had absolutely no flavor, the broccoli was damn near raw, my mashed potatoes andgravy were good. My daughter wanted ketchup the waiter took so long I went and got it from an empty table, she was half waythrough her meal by then. She really enjoyed her meal even without the ketchup. My wife really enjoyed her meal as well. Themen's bathroom had a urine odor and needed attention. I notified a staff member, because the sign on the bathroom door said so. Read more

Food took over 45 minutes to arrive. Extremely greasy to the point of grease pooled on plate. Waitress never came back to check... on food. Drinks not refilled. Finally had to go to the kitchen to get some jelly and refills. A different person came out andsaid our waitress left. She could have told us she was leaving and some one else would take care of us, not that they actuallydid come check on us. Very disappointing. Read more

Server was great! Food was hot and prepared perfectly. Missing the hot roast beef sandwich and couple other items. New items not... to my taste. Need FRESH vegetables, not frozen! Fresh collard greens like your competitor has down the street. My DW had Mama'sbreakfast and brother-in-law had country fried steak. I enjoyed biscuits, gravy and smoked sausage patties. Hostess " Ansliegh" was helpful with seating us close to entrancebecause DW is walking with a fractured foot in a boot and walking cane. DW brothers joined us for supper. In the past, our Cracker Barrel experiences have not been that great. However today, we had a fantastic experience. The food was... great and came quickly. Our server Ariana was fantastic. She should be the server trainer for all of Bulloch County. She wasvery polite, knowledgeable and most importantly, she kept our tea glasses full the entire time. Read more

I?ve never had a problem with this establishment. But today I ordered my normal meatloaf. I was visiting in the area. The... meatloaf was dry and hard like it had been sitting a while. When I called and placed the order she told me 7-10 minutes. The Macand cheese too was hard as well. I?m not sure what was happening today but I was so disappointed. Place was not crowded....dirty dishes were left on multiple tables. Food took forever to ce out, maybe 30 minutes. I ordered... chicken and dumplings(there was no dumplings on the plate) with corn. Corn came out 12 minutes after all of our food. My husbandhad a breakfast plate and they never brought his fried apples. Service was a struggle. Read more
