Used to be good dry food messed up on order 2 times after I called it out 3 times .
Terrible, absolutely terrible service. 0/10. Very rude employees and horrendous customer service. I don?t understand how this... location is still in business. I ordered whoopers with cheese for my family and not one burger came with cheese. After POLITELYasking for our sandwiches to be remade how they were ordered the employees refused and gave us cold slices of cheese in a bagand slid them across the counter and told us that they could not remake our sandwiches and if we wanted our sandwiches withcheese it would be an additional up charge after we?ve already originally ordered sandwiches with cheese. For the last past year every time I go there I have a problem with my food, the service, or the employees. No matter what you... order they never get it right. There is either food missing, they order is wrong or the staff has an attitude. Ex. Went there7/1 for breakfast and ordered 2 SEC croissant w/o cheese, open up the wrapper and there is on egg and bread on BOTH sandwiches!!Take those back and look in the bad and the hash rounds are missing. Go back inside to let them know and not one but twoemployees tell me that the hash rounds are in my bag, I follow up by telling them they aren't one lady tells me "yes they are,their in a small bag in the corner" , as if I couldn't see a white bag inside a brown bag. The service here has gottenTERRIBLE, never in my life have I seen such a mess. We frequent there often because the food is good (once you get the rightorder) but the service, some employees, the lack of knowledge and the I don't care attitude is down right ridiculous at thispoint. If I'm pay money for a good or service I expect it to be right the first time, I know people make mistakes but this hasbeen going on for way to long. I had to wait in line for a hour before I got told that something was wrong with the employees and that I needed to call... corporate to get them some help and then after waiting for a hour for my order I never got my money back the manager was rudeand nasty never had on a mask or gloves and definitely not a hair net on that head of hers with all then fall outs and then shewas rude to 7 other costumers telling them that she couldn?t help that her employees was trash and won?t work. Like what placedoes that and says that like it?s suppose to be fresh eating and friendly environment and it?s not ether one of those they arenasty and they treat white people like they are trash and they mock white people too I have many videos and pictures of them allmocking people as they wait in line for their food and they don?t even get your order right like what?s really going on here.This isn?t safe at all Read more
After working all day and getting in, I was encouraged to try the whopper melt. What a complete disaster/disappointment with... this meal. The size was the first issue noticed and then the fact that the bread wasn't toasted as well as the bacon burnt. Theoverall taste was not that good but because I brought it so I ate it. Read more
