really just want to give no stars- nothing about my expletive with this place or people was good. Pretty sure it was the owner... woman that I had corresponded with and she was so disgusting in her demeanor and over attitude. Had another yummy dinner, ordered online. I?ve been playing with eating vegan, so I ordered vegetable tofu soup and vegetable... dumplings. The light broth was filled with carrot, broccoli, celery, mushrooms, snap peas and generous amount of tofu slices.The green dumplings were filled with finely chopped vegetables , served with soy dipping sauce. So nice to be able to have veganchoices. We also had an order of beef chow fun which was tender and tasty as always. Thanks. We just had dinner, take out,tonight 6/22/20: dim sum, shrimp w/eggplant in garlic sauce, wings, Thai spring rolls. Everything was perfect: hot, crispy,fresh etc etc . During the pandemic the prices went up and the food went down. Also the potion sizes became smaller and food quality poorer. ... What is the problem here? The food at Yum Yum use to be really good. Now the food is quickly declining. Today I place an orderover the phone. Once I reached home I was very disappointed with the food. The food was not very tasteful. The Singaporenoddles was dry with very little veggies and no pork in it. The Shrimp and broccoli the sauce was clumpy and the broccoli waswas bad (bitter and wilted). I paid a pretty amount of money on this food just for it not to be the best quality or cooked withcare. I don?t think I will be ordering from them again. Next time, I?ll get my food from Brooklyn or Manhattan. Because StatenIsland just don?t seem to have the best Chinese food. Oh my god this place is one of the best Chinese-Pan Asian places I've ever had the pleasure to try. Their egg drop soup was... really warm and flavorful, and their sesame chicken was delicious. It was still hot after delivery, and their packaging for thesauces and food was very professional. Definitely going to order here again. Read more
Thai basil chicken from the lunch menu, very tasty, lots of veggies, perfect portion! Cash or credit, eat in or take out. This... had zucchini, eggplant, onions and green peppers. I didn't want soup or soda so I asked to switch with a bottle of waterinstead, and they did! This is right in the Carvel plaza on Forest . Enjoy! Read more
