I took a combo meal son of baconator, medium fries and coke, at the machines. I got no ticket printed, no receipt. Then I... waited. There was noone in the restaurant, only me and I took dine here option. So I waited and noone was telling me my orderwas ready. I had to ask and the woman at the counter was not very welcoming. I won't say she was rude but so negative in tone.Then I eat alone and someone else took a delivery inside. I saw that she didn't have a good service. Besides, the coke was halfice. they literally are so rude to people who have accents especially latinos. they act as if it was a joke. I?ve complained so many... times about it and they do not care. which is sad because making fun of peoples accent and not understanding them even if theyare trying to explaining little by little. have time and patience , they are trying. This location is consistent, they consistently get orders wrong, always have you waiting a long time and are typically rude if... you say anything about it. I get that it's fast food, but when it isn't correct and takes forever, there's no point to it. Go toa different place Read more
Waited 30 minutes in the drive through line for food i ordered on my phone. And of course the food was cold after i askes is it... warm. Terrible service. Read more
The food was good. I just didn't like the attitude of the man who might have been the manager that night. My son and I were... going through the drive thru after 12 am and there was a homeless man standing there. My son asked if he wanted a 4 for 4, whentrying to pay for it the man said he would have to go back around that they were short staffed. All the while saying to thehomeless man you don't really want this food. I find that to be crazy we were paying for the man's meal and leaving. Attitudeslike that make me not want to go there again. This Wendy's located on Bay St closes at 2am. I had arrived at 1:40am and was still able to get served through the drive-thru... The burgers ???? were up to par as well as the nuggets ????. The only thing I would have had them improve was the freshness ofthe fries ????. I feel since they were close to closing they didn't put much effort into the fries. (Crispy and hot ????) Otherthen that the waiting time was swift and everything I asked for was in the ???? bag, including my sauces. I would recommendthis location ????. Read more
Why are we raising minimum wage again... The staff at this Wendy's has the worst customer service I've ever seen with constancy.... I've grabbed food here over 10 times and haven't had a single order correct. Can't wait for robots to take over. Read more
Couple times they forgot to include the sauces I asked on my online order but they're otherwise amazing.
