Not the greatest Wendy's on the island due to always highering teens that don't work if the restrooms aren't dirty the service... sucks trust me choose another restaurant awhile ago it wasn't that bad over the pandemic to now it just got worse and worsenothing else to say but the truth. I wouldn't let my kids eat at this spot for not knowing if the standards are being met in theback due to all the lazyness of the workers. Read more

Horrible costumer service!!!! We are ordered delivery yesterday and didn?t get two burgers and instead of spicy chicken nuggets... we got regular one. French fries were not fresh, not even hot?. Delivery guy told me he doesn?t have time to call to arestaurant and left. In a restaurant the girl who picked up the phone told me she don?t see my order in the system and shecannot help me out!!!! Rude at speaker ordered biggie bag with large ff and large drink? barely any ff in large .. horrible there always in rush
I did curbside pick up. I sat outside for 15 minutes, went inside and asked where my order was. They said they looked for me and... I wasn't there. I said I was sitting in front of the door the whole time! They said "I didn't park in a specific spot" I saidthere was no sign saying that I had to park there. The app didn't say anything about this spot either. And where they wanted meto park would've been impossible, because it's a small little space in between the drive-thru where cars are always parked. Andthere were indeed cars parked there when I came in, and when I left. I would have been blocking the drive-thru if I had tried topark there. Now half of my frosty is melted. Unbelievable! Read more
Terrible drive thru service; go to another Wendy?s. The individual taking the order on the drive thru was professional but the... individual handling the food out the window was not personable, rude and dirty. Touching all kinds of food, and sloppy fillingthe drinks. I don?t want your fingers in my cup. As I waited for my food she is at the window swearing curse words and laughing.Then she hands me the wrong order as I mention to her my order isn?t complete she gives me an unnecessary hard time. I ask tospeak to a manager or supervisor because I?m not getting anything for free; I paid for my order. Manager or supervisor Michaelif that?s even his name was clearly not in charge as he took directions from the girl in the window. Why have a manager orsupervisor who is looking for direction as to what to do or say. Mistakes can happen at any moment but please hire people whoare capable at doing their job or the very least running a productive team.
