I just seen on social Media that a friend was boycotting subway sandwich shop in Staten Island on Arden Ave and I called as I... live a few blocks away and I received coupons in the mail which expire November 2nd 2022 and I called the shop and they statedthey do not accept subway sandwich shop coupons despite being a Subway sandwich shop ,Wow. I have been purchasing sandwiches here at the Arden Ave location for about 5 years now about once a week , Today I walked in... ordered three sandwiches as I usually do for my family and the employee behind the counter told me we dont accept subway coupons. I asked him why not ,isn't this a subway sandwich shop? His reply was yes but we do t accept them here anymore. Last time Ireceived coupons was about a year ago in the mail and used them there. I have never heard of that before that's why you arebuying a franchise , their food , their name, their support. I spend close to $50 a week on three sandwiches every week andwhen I have a coupon they want to refuse it????? I walked out and told him to eat it!!! They lost a customer that's it. Dontgive this store any business for their one sided tatics, BOYCOTT SUBWAY SANDWICH SHOP ARDEN AVENUE ,STATEN ISLAND NY. PUT IT ONFACEBOOK, TIKTOK ALL SOCIAL MEDIA. I don?t like the idea they don?t honor coupons that say ? any sandwich ? just a list of four they want to offer!! As far as the... sandwiches; they keep raising the prices and the amount of tuna salad of cold cuts are way too skimpy: when you say put somemore to bring the sub up to par they are charging 1.75 for ? deluxe? regular isn?t enough why don?t they call that ? spread?like we butter our toast!!!! Becoming too overpriced for what they give you , go to Freddie?s on Richmond Ave and get a realdeal hero sandwich!!! Read more

Extremely rude worker; and seemed horribly impatient even though there was no one in the store. he didn?t want even to come to... take the order , keep loudly talk like he is screaming, I left without ordering he Ruined the atmosphere completely. Read more

Very dissatisfied and this isnt something to make an excuse as if it was only this once This particular location is known for... this routine. This location has a habit of using bread from previous days. Lunch time ranges from 11-3pm. There is never anyfresh bread made at this location unless the previous bread from the day before is used. The oven is only just now baking breadand it wont be ready until after 2. I just paid $15 for a sandwich with left over hardened bread. These franchise owners dontknow how to run an operation and you cant blame them because that's the company not holding and frequently making sure they'reoperating in standard!! If a metric is indicating a number of customers arrive at this time during the early morning vs theprevious night of sandwiches that weren't sold. The nature of owning and operating a business is anticipating loss. Instead ofaccepting the loss they recycle the loss as a poor review ? This is a very dangerous game franchise owners are playing becauseclearly non of them have realize that the concept of they're business is a " sandwich " it cant be formed without bread!!! IfI'm a customer filled with fear of my bread potentially being stale in what mindset are they living in where they think I'll bereturning after experiencing such poor quality ? Read more
