Ralph's Ices always epic. Alas this year's bigger prices for smaller sizes really suck.

Worst ralphs location on staten island. This is the 2nd time I've gotten something from there that melted in about 2 minutes... flat. This place also doesn't properly make their sundaes. I ordered some chocolate chip sundae and they shoved the cookie flatontop and poured ice cream and whip cream on it with the lid sealed. You couldn't even take off the lid without the ice creamand whipped cream covering your entire hand. So disappointing. Don't even bother with this location. Go to the one on hylanblvd, port richmond ace or richmond ave. You'll thank me later. Read more
