10/6/2022 Made my 2nd visit to this restaurant in a week and happened to meet the owner, KC, today. He asked me for any... feedback/suggestions I have so far and he was receptive to what I had to say. It shows that he is very involved and willing toimprove. Definitely a refreshing experience compared to the usual Halal spots I frequent. Everything about their image isprofessional and neatly presented; from the restaurant's interior to the food itself. Even the employees are reasonably pleasantto deal with. The ingredients are very fresh and cooked to perfection. However, I did suggest to him to grill the meat a littlelonger. Wonderful experience! We have been here several times and always happy. (I just keep forgetting to do the review) The staff is... so friendly and the food is delicious! The owner or manager is very nice too. I see some reviews saying it's not enough meat,the upcharge of $3 for extra meat is totally worth it. In my opinion, the price is adequate to portion with extra meat. We havehad multiple different dishes and have all been satisfied so far. I?m one to read through reviews heavily before trying out a place. The reviews on google mentioned poor customer service and... called the food bland. I?m glad I Chased my cravings straight to naz?s tonight. Went a little after 9 pm. It was decently busy.Almost all the orders were waiting for takeout. I ordered two chicken over rice. Told him I liked it saucy. We?re from Karachi,so my mom (a super tough critic) likes her flavors. He gave extra sauce on the side, and I didn?t even need to add it to theplatters. It tasted delicious. Tender, flavorful, fresh. Now to touch base on the customer service, I?m someone who pridesmyself in my customer service skills. And I?ve noticed throughout every business / agency that the younger generation lacks workethics greatly. Placed an order on UberEats with the buy one get one free deal. Me and Co-Worker honestly enjoyed our platters. Very heavy and... filling and the lamb and chicken were cooked well and the rice definitely had flavor. Never forget the BBQ and White Sauce(pause). Lol Read more

The taste of my lamb&rice bowl was absolutely amazing, the gyros were fresh & tasty as well. The guy in the front register was... very friendly & hooked me up with a lot of extra white sauce. Don?t have many restaurants in Staten Island with this type of food that we had to go toManhattan before. So glad you guys opened on SI.
