Ordered a grilled chicken Buffalo wrap with no ranch and fries seperate, I get my food and it?s fried chicken, ranch all over it... and my fries in container covered in hot sauce. I don?t understand why this place can never get it right. Than I call and theysaid oh well you can drive back if you want. No I live 20 mins away you should offer a credit it or deliver it ! We came on a Friday night so we expected slow service. We didn't mind. We ordered a bacon burger deluxe and a Greek burger... deluxe. The bacon burger deluxe came without bacon bit as a bonus it came with cheese that we dis not order. The Greek burgercame in a stale pita. I dumped it out of the pita and ate it on the plate. Glad we didn't try any of the other food cause if youcan't get burgers correct at a diner then you can't trust anything else. Read more
I ordered $70 of food and gave a simple request to separate the order in two .. going to two different places ?(3 items only in... the order) well due to the ignorance stupidly or laziness of the person that took the order it got mixed up and the orders arenow garbage due to one person doesn?t eat chicken and the other doesn?t eat steak ..I called and was told if I brought back thefood they would make me new ? so again like every instance now a days no one takes responsibility.. Visited this place again last night for dinner with a few people and enjoyed it! Our waitress was wonderful. She seated us right... away. I had person with our group that has disability [blind] made this person feel at home & was very accommodating. Our foodwas great I had a Greek Wrap with bacon added[fav] with cheese fries. Read more
I came here on a Sunday night so I understand you?re busy and only have one server so I am patient. I start to get grossed out... when you bring me white foul smelling pickles that look like they are 3 months old. I get my meal and it tastes horrible. Thefried chicken in my sandwich was 100% reheated. I could?ve had a better tasting sandwich at subway. There are flies buzzingaround my table, landing on my food. Last time for Mikes place. If you?re desperate at midnight, go to sleep hungry. It?s noteven worth it. Read more
The service was terrible, they had 2 waitresses working and the diner was full. The food was cold by the time we got it,... tasteless and when the owner heard us complaining he responded by saying he was short of staff following issuing us the bill!!!WTH?. Not ever going back Read more
