Ordered from delivery app and they decided to add a service fee when the service fee was already 0 when I ordered. I call and... ask that I will pick up to avoid all the fees. The girl on the phone kept saying ok ok ok. And I?m like ok is that yes or no.And she went off on me as if they weren?t running a business. She called me horrible names. I should of known better then toorder from them given my boyfriend found a hair in his food. Horrible service, rude and incompetent staff and mediocre expiredfood. Stay away!!!! Read more

Small place, there are stock items (inventory) in plane view in front of sushi bar counter an atmosphere killer, waitress sounds... off rude and impatient when questioning the menu... Add a dollar to all prices on menu items, I do love there scallop sushi... Read more
Food is usually on point. However, they are shady and misleading with their pricing. Menu shows one price (ex. spicy tuna... roll 3.50, but they charge 5.50). This is for most items. When asked about it, they are dismissive and say they raisedprices months ago with inflation. This is the definition of false advertising. Read more
I used to order from Kiku ALL the time! Their food was so good and I raved about it to my friends. The food I got today was... absolutely disgusting. I couldn?t even finish it. Everything about the rolls were so stale and they even look rotten. They alsotaste way too fishy for my liking. Something about their food has changed. I?m so disappointed. Placed an order for delivery. The young lady gave me the total. I told her i think you made an error that is not the the total i... have calculated from the menu prices. She got very rude and started yelling at me and stated that there is a new menu which hasnot arrived yet but we are charging the higher prices anyway.
